SMS has become accredited under the Good Business Charter, for which SMS has committed to the 10 Key Components of the Good Business Charter.

We would also like our suppliers and customers to join us in adhering to the 10 Key Components of the Good Business Charter, and in particular environmental responsibility, ethical sourcing of materials, and prompt payment to suppliers. In conjunction with our existing accreditation as a Real Living Wage employer, we see the Good Business Charter as an essential component of our desire to make SMS a responsible, ethical, and fair Company, to our staff, our customers, and our suppliers.
